Return and Refund Policy — Ooleva

At Ooleva, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. This document clearly explains our returns policy.

Returns Policy

  • You can only return an item after you have physically received it.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • You are allowed to try on the shoes, but you are not allowed to wear them outdoors.
  • Returns of products deliberately ordered in multiple sizes for the purpose of partial returns are not allowed.

Returns Process

  1. Register your return via Support@ooleva.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. We will provide you with the return address after your request is approved.
  3. You return the item at your own expense using a trackable shipping method. Please note that our returns facility is located in Asia, so international shipping costs apply.
  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number.

Refund After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 12 business days.

Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost packages where tracking confirms delivery.
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.
  • Address or variant changes must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Support@ooleva.com with a photo or video so we can resolve this promptly.
